Air Permitting Coordinator (TX/OK)
Position Summary
Iron Horse Midstream is seeking an Environmental, Health, Safety & Regulatory (EHS&R) Coordinator to provide air quality compliance support for operations in Oklahoma’s STACK, SCOOP, and MERGE Shale Play.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Science, or a related field (strongly preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of EHS & Regulatory experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge and experience with Oklahoma, and federal air quality permitting and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Subject to random drug testing.
- Experience with AERMOD, SCREEN3, GRI-GLYCalc, and/or BR&E ProMax simulation software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of EHS&R with implementation, maintenance, and regulatory reporting of multiple compliance programs.
- Multi-media environmental compliance for EPA/ODEQ programs including air permitting, emission inventory, GHG reporting, NSPS JJJJ, NSPS OOOO a/b/c.
- Prepare permit compliance reports and emission inventories.
- Conduct environmental inspections and compliance audits.
- Develop and manage environmental data management systems.
- Develop & maintain compliance assurance tools like status reports, calendars, action item trackers, etc.
- Manage EHS&R contractors as assigned.
- Support operation teams with supply chain management of EHS-related equipment.
- Respond to emergencies during off-hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Prepare and administer EHS&R training sessions as assigned.
- Maintain a daily physical EHS presence in areas of operation.
- Complement and support operational day-to-day activities.
- Other responsibilities as assigned or delegated.
License/Certifications
- A valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required.
